Cops: Man, 63, Charged With Sex Assault Aroused Himself In Front Of Two Girls In Howell

A 63-year-old Toms River man was charged recently with sexually arousing himself in front of two girls - one of whom he allegedly sexually assaulted three years ago, police said.

Stanley G. Goldinger of Windsor Avenue was charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with the Aug. 9 incident, and the 2011 crime.

The complaint alleges that Goldinger masturbated in the presence of the two juveniles on Aug. 9 in Howell. The complaint also alleges that Goldinger sexually assaulted one of the girls on Nov. 1, 2011 by fondling her in her private parts “while he was assuming responsibility for the care for the child.”

Goldinger was arrested on Aug. 28 on at least $200,000 bail.
