From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., residents are encouraged to bring their kids with their bikes to learn the rules of bike riding.

“It’s important that our children learn how to operate a bike in a safe and responsible manner,” Freehold Borough Mayor Kevin Kane said. “Our Bike Safety Rodeo brings community leaders and members of our police department together with young children and their families for a fun-filled event with a purpose: Learn to operate your bike safely.”
At the event, EZ Ride will be on hand to conduct a visual, age-appropriate and interactive presentation about safety rules and the benefits of riding and walking. There will also be an obstacle course set up to test your skills and maneuvers.
