Van Drew Wins Reelection To NJ 2nd District In 2024: AP
Rep. Jeff Van Drew has been reelected for a fourth term to the House of Representatives, the Associated Press projects.

2nd CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT, NJ — Incumbent Rep. Jeff Van Drew has won reelection to the Second Congressional District, the Associated Press projects.
Van Drew was challenged by Democrat Joseph Salerno and Green Party candidate Thomas Cannavo.

Now a Republican, Van Drew was initially elected to the House of Representatives in 2019 as a Democrat. He switched parties in 2020 to pledge his support to former President Donald Trump. This will be his fourth term representing South Jersey.
Van Drew won with 58.3 percent of the vote to Salerno's 41.1 percent, according to the Associated Press. The race was called at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday.

Note that these results will remain unofficial until certified. These numbers are from the Associated Press with 75 percent of votes counted.
