3-Week Pomona Road Detour To Begin Monday In Galloway

The northbound lane of Pomona Road will be shutdown for about three weeks while work is done on traffic signals, officials said.

GALLOWAY, NJ — Starting Sept. 26, Pomona Road will be partially detoured for about three weeks while work is done, Atlantic County officials said.

The northbound lane between Liebig Street and Moss Mill Road will be detoured 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for traffic signalization work.

The southbound lane will remain open to traffic during this time.

Delays are possible for northbound motorists. Plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route. Police will be onsite to assist.
