The Coast Guard saved a man on Saturday who was aboard a boat that capsized during overnight thunderstorms on Friday into Saturday, according to a press release from the Coast Guard.
Two of the men who were aboard the boat made it ashore and were located by Brigantine police officers. The third man was located when members of the Coast Guard Air Station of Atlantic City flew an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter, successfully finding the man and transporting him back to the Coast Guard station, the release said.
The Coast Guard received the call from the Brigantine Police Department around 3:20 a.m. on Saturday.
