EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ - A water main break near the Atlantic City Expressway in Egg Harbor Township has prompted commuting delays in the area Friday morning, authorities said.

As of 4:07 a.m., there’s a water main break on Route 40 eastbound in Egg Harbor Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

1 right lane and shoulder are closed, the agency said.
