Galloway Police Make Multiple Drug, Gun Arrests

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Galloway police made a number of drug and gun arrests between April 8 and April 14.

Giovannin M. Plunkett, 41, Little Egg Harbor was arrested by K9 OfficerBrent Lopez on April 14 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.

Christina H. Disalvo, 40, Galloway was arrested by Officer c. Kevin Costa on April 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Joseph M. Haefele, 22, Brigantine was arrested by Detective Dominic Fabrizio on April 12 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Thomas Scannell Jr., 57, Hammonton, was arrested by Officer Sajansharan Patel on April 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Steven M. Martinez, 24, Hammonton, was arrested by Officer Gregory Gillespie and Officer Mark Kienzle on April 10 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of weapon, prohibited weapons and devices, possession of hollow point bullets and persons not to have weapons.

Keanu T. Jones, 25, Galloway was arrested by Detective Bryan Casey on April 10 and charged with unlawful possession of weapon, persons not to have weapons, committing a drug offense while possessing firearm, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

Emily G. Spaulding, 22, Galloway was arrested by Detective Bryan Casey on April 10 and charged with committing a drug offense while possessing firearm, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and manufacturing and distributinga controlled dangerous substance.

Ishmael J. Winters, 25, Galloway was arrested by Detective Bryan Casey on April 10 and charged with unlawful possession of weapon, persons not to have weapons, committing a drug offense while possessing a firearm, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

Alexa T. Graham, 18, Moorestown, was arrested by Officer John Mooney on April 10 and charged with disorderly conduct.

Ian M. Orzek, 19, Linwood, was arrested by Officer John Mooney on April 10 and charged with disorderly conduct.

Louis J. Smith, 19, of Basking Ridge, was arrested by Officer John Mooney on April 10 and charged with disorderly conduct.

Danielle M. Franks, 35, Galloway, was arrested by Sergeant Vincent Ceci on April 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated on April 9.

John J. Broomhead 3rd, 32, Mays Landing, was arrested by Officer Jeremy Feliciano on April 8 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

Nicolas W. Bogen, 24, Somerset, was arrested by Officer Alexander Bennett on April 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
