Man Pleads Guilty to 1990 Killing in Galloway Township

Steven Goff pleaded guilty Thursday to aggravated manslaughter in a 1990 slaying in Galloway Township, according to a Press of Atlantic City report.

More than 20 years after the crime, Goff admitted to stabbing Frederick Hart near their Galloway Township homes. At the time, Goff was 18 and Hart 15.
