Spring Program Dates: March 2, 2026 – July 9, 2026
Cost: $2,750 (Includes textbook, 1 exam code, background check, and liability insurance)
Course Length: Approx. 16 weeks (200 hours) + 400 Clinical Externship to follow
Class Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Live/Online)
Externship: 400 hours at a participating hospital (unpaid, full time, day shift, Monday - Friday)

As a Central Services/Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in healthcare by sterilizing and maintaining the instruments and equipment needed for surgeries.
What You'll Learn:
- Decontamination & Sterilization: Learn how to properly disinfect, package, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Gain expertise in managing surgical supplies, maintaining stock, and ensuring proper storage.
- Surgical Instrument Identification: Learn to identify and properly handle a wide range of surgical instruments.
- Methods of Disinfection: Understand the best practices for disinfecting surgical tools to prevent infection and maintain safety.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Access to a laptop and internet for online learning
- American Heart Association CPR/BLS Certification required before starting the program
- Completion of health/immunization requirements, background check and drug screen
