Haddonfield Halloween Parade Risks Cancelation With Stormy Forecast Ahead

Organizers hope the weather will cooperate for the annual tradition, which is traditionally rain or shine.

The parade is scheduled for Thursday and is typically rain or shine. But severe weather could change that, according to the Haddonfield Celebrations Association, which organizes the event.
