Sundown Music Series Returning To Haddon Lake Park: Here's The Lineup

Camden County's summer-concert series will return in just a few weeks.

HADDON HEIGHTS, NJ — It's almost that time of year to get outside and enjoy live music around Camden County. The shows will include the return of the Sundown Music Series at Haddon Lake Park.

The free shows take place at 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays. Here's this year's lineup (performer bios via the Camden County Rocks webpage):

  • June 7 — Mutlu, featuring Melissa Menago: Philadelphia singer/songwriter revered for his deeply rooted retro grooves and smooth, soulful vocal style.
  • June 21 — Samantha Fish Featuring Jesse Dayton, Julia Pratt: Award-winning musician re-defining the blues with her impressive guitar work and strong songwriting.
  • July 12 — Travel Lanes, featuring Cloudbelly: Hailing from the Philadelphia music scene, Travel Lanes blend infectious melody into their rockin’ brand of power pop.
  • July 26 — Don McCloskey, featuring Daphne Ellen: Eclectic singer-songwriter known for his versatile talent and electrifying live performances.
  • Aug. 2 Aimee Mann featuring Jonathan Coulton: Grammy and Academy-award winning singer/songwriter beloved for her modern take on folk.
  • Aug. 16 Calexico – Feast of Wire 20th Anniversary Tour, featuring Sug Daniels: Critically acclaimed Americana from the Southwest showcasing their kaleidoscopic musical influences.
  • Aug. 30 — Gabe Dixon, featuring Sahara Moon: Nashville-based multi-instrumentalist known for his work as keyboardist and songwriter with Tedeschi Trucks Band.

Sundown is part of Camden County's Summer Parks Concert Series, which also includes the Sunset Jazz Series and July 4th Freedom Festival — both at Wiggins Waterfront Park — and the Twilight Concert Series at Cooper River Park. Find more shows here.
