Customers report undelivered checks and important documents since September, while USPS acknowledges problems but has yet to explain what happened to the missing mail.
   

• Gyotaku fish artist visits Brielle dock, giant 22-lb blackfish slammed (northjersey.com) — Anglers working just off Harvey Cedars are still finding solid striped bass action, with one crew boating keepers and releasing several larger fish while trolling umbrella rigs.
