The Hasbrouck Heights Friends of the Library annual book and bake sale is back this weekend. The sale, which proceeds will benefit the library programs the Friends supports, will be held Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2 in the Senior Center located on the first floor of Borough Hall. The sale runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Gently used books and media along with homemade baked goods will be available for purchase. Cost for items are - Hardcover/Trade paperback books $1, Paperback books $.50, Media $1 and some specialty items are individually priced. Members of the Friends of the Library can come to preview sale on Friday, May 31 from 7 to 9 p.m. Call the library for details at 201-288-0488.
