Redefining Retirement is hosting an information session on getting started with volunteering in retirement. We’ll also be joined by Alfie Schloss of Longbridge Financial, who will lead an informative workshop on reverse mortgages. His presentation, “Using Home Equity for a More Secure Retirement,” will cover:
- How the FHA-Insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM Reverse Mortgage) works; how it can benefit some seniors; and who should not get one.
- How the proprietary, Longbridge Platinum Reverse Mortgage works for high-value homes or condos that are not FHA-approved.
- An introduction to Longbridge Financials’ new, first-of-its-kind HELOC for Seniors, now available in New Jersey.
