Four of Hasbrouck Heights school district's educators have been named teachers of the year for 2013 and another was honored for her many years of service upon her retirement. Thursday night the Board of Education formally recognized teachers of the year: Barbara Kritzer of the high school, Michelle DiPiano of the middle school, Donna Dussault of Lincoln School and Courtney Tacinelli of Euclid School. Helen Searle, who retires at the end of this school year, was honored by the Board for her 28 years with the district. Searle taught at Lincoln School for 10 years and then at Euclid School for 18 years.
