The municipal council election this year is for two seats and both Republican incumbents Sonya Buckman and David Gonzalez seek third terms. Carol Skiba, a former councilwoman, and Matthew Maginely are the Democratic challengers.
June 4 is also the deadline for Independent candidates to file in order to run in the November election.
