Hasbrouck Heights Volunteer Fire Department Engine Company One held its annual barbecue this month for its members and their families. Firefighters grilled up hamburgers, hot dogs and sausage and once again firefighter Justin Watrel, who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, cooked up food for the barbecue including homemade baked beans, mac and cheese, chocolate chip cupcakes and chocolate and butterscotch brownies.
