Rain Did Not Dampen Spirits at Heights Street Fair
The annual event still went on despite the damp weather
Although the rain did not let up most of the day, neither did the spirit of the Hasbrouck Heights annual Street Fair which still drew people to the Boulevard to enjoy the live music, food and entertainment the annual event never fails to deliver year after year.
Bands like Soulfinger Live and Ashley Hollister kept the crowds entertained. XCEL Tae Kwon Do drew a large crowd to witness a live demonstration from its students. Kids braved the dampness and took on the 24-foot climbing wall, rode the train and played games. Some brave folks got into the dunk tank to help the police department raise funds for the Special Olympics and for a young girl who is in need of a seizure respose dog.
