The 2013 Hasbrouck Heights Little League season kicked off Saturday with opening day celebrations. "The biggest thing you guys can take away from baseball is team work," Pat Fass, president of the Hasbrouck Heights Little League told the players as they stood on the field during the opening ceremony. This year's league features 36 teams and 375 players. "The friends you make here on these fields you should tak with you to school and beyond these fields." Fass almos thanked the volunteers and all the sponsors who are "the lifeblood of this league." "Without them we would not be able to function.
