A Catskill, NY woman was arrested on DWI charges shortly after midnight Monday in the parking lot of the , officials confirmed.
Diane Deferrari was arrested on DWI charges and was issued a summons for driving with a revoked license, according to Lt. Thomas Archer, who leads the traffic bureau.
Archer said an officer was at the back of the hotel parking lot and noticed a car driving erratically. The officer stopped the vehicle to perform a field sobriety test and Deferrari was determined to be under the influence.
She was then taken to headquarters where Alcotest was administered which determined she had a .15 blood alcohol content, said Archer.
