Teens can get some hands on experience learning to make pizza Sunday as the Junior Friends of the Hasbrouck Heights Library hosts its first "Cooking with the Juniors" event at Roma Pizza. The event is set for Sunday, April 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Roma Pizza chef and owner Nick Capasso will host the pizza making event. This program is open to teens from 12-17 and all participants must fill out a permission slip at the time of payment. There is a limit to 20 teens and slots are filling up fast. Those interested are asked to fill out a permisson slip and return it to the library circulation desk as soon as possible. There is a $10 fee for materials to make a small one-topping pizza.
