Registration for Heights Town-Wide Garage Sale Begins Next Week

Last year more than 100 families signed up for the two-day garage sale event.

The borough's annual Town Wide Garage sale is just around the corner and registration will begin next week.

The annual event is set for Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2 between 9 am. and 4 p.m. rain or shine. The Mayor's Committee on Community Celebrations invites all residents to clear out their attics or basements and take part in the town-wide sale.

There is a $10 permit fee to take part in the sale. The money will be donated to the borough's D.A.R.E. program, the public library and the Anti-Drug Alliance. The permit for the town-wide sale does not count as towards the two garage sales permitted each year.
