According to the agenda for Thursday night, the Board is expected to approve a resolution which will name her art teacher at Euclid School.
The principal transfers drew a large audience to that May 24 public meeting as numerous parents took the microphone to voice their opposition. Many fought the board on Brinker's behalf and some challenged the addition of another administrator.
The Board and administration are not allowed to discuss personnel matters and therefore there were no specifics given on why Brinker and O'Hare were being moved. As per Mark Porto, superintendent, the transfers had to do with the vision that has been foresee for the district. Porto told the audience that night he hoped that replacements could be appointed by June 21.
The meeting will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, June 21 and is expected to be held at the middle school/high school media center unless otherwise noted.
