Hillsborough Among Hottest Real Estate Markets In America

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough Township has been recognized as one of the hottest markets in America, according to data compiled by the real estate website Realtor.com.

Hillsborough ranked 18 of the Top 100 Hottest Markets in the Country.

"It comes as no surprise that Hillsborough is a desired place to live. We have excellent schools, beautiful parks, and farmland, which you know we are all trying to protect, and the best neighbors," said Britting at the April 9 Township Committee meeting.

The data is based on search engine trends including page views and length of time a property remains listed. New Jersey had 25 of the top 100 spots on the list of hot markets.

"Hillsborough continues to receive high marks as one of the best and safest places to live and raise a family," said Britting.
