$27,500 in Jewelry, Cash Missing from Willow Ave Apartment
A Hoboken woman reported to police that the safe in her apartment was robbed on Monday.

A 66-year-old Hoboken woman was robbed of $27,500 in belongings, according to police.
The victim told police that $12,500 in cash and roughly $15,000 in jewelry — seven gold bracelets, 15 gold rings and two watches — had been taken from the safe in her closet, according to the report.
The woman — who lives on Willow Avenue — left her apartment in an Applied building on Willow on Monday morning around 8 o'clock to go to work. When she returned around 3:20 p.m., she told police, she noticed someone had entered her apartment.

The woman also found that her wedding ring, usually in a drawer, had gone missing, she told police.
There were no signs of forced entry, police said.
