Connecticut Bidder Still Wants to Acquire Hoboken Hospital
On Thursday the Connecticut based firm sent out a letter, laying out the general terms and conditions under which it would like to acquire the hospital.
As the Authority keeps negotiating with HUMC Holco LLC, one Connecticut firm——has sent another letter to Authority Chairwoman Toni Tomarazzo.
In the letter (dated March 24, 2011) Paradigm Physician Partners LLC, lays out the terms of a possible sale, saying it wants to relieve the city of its $52 million debt obligation on the hospital. In the letter, P3 proposed to buy the hospital for $60 million.
It's still unclear for how much the Authority is planning to sell the hospital to HUMC Holdco LLC.
