Every Dog Had Its Day Saturday

Hundreds of Hobokenites came out to Church Square Park Saturday to celebrate man's best friend at the Hoboken Grace Community Church's Fifth Annual Dog Party.

The free party had food, music and activities for dogs, dog lovers and families alike.

“Beautiful weather and everyone had a blast,” Hoboken Grace Pastor Chris High said. “We love providing a chance for dog owners and families to just have a great time.”

Dogs competed for a variety of awards, including "Best Costume," "Best Trick," and "Best Catcher," with the winning pups receiving prizes and goodie bags from Cozy Cuts, Colorful Dogs, Hoboken Pet, Hoby Dogy, Frosty Pooch and Bellamy Kitchen.
