Everyday Savings Department Store Subleases In Union City

Lee & Associates NYC announced today that it has represented Everyday Savings, a home goods department store, in a 12,976 square foot sublease at 3100 Bergenline Avenue in Union City, NJ. Everyday Savings, which has 26 locations throughout the tri-state area, will be taking over a former Rite Aid and is slated to open in December.

Steve Lorenzo of Lee & Associates NYC represented Everyday Savings in the transaction. The sublandlord, Walgreens, was represented by Michael Riley of JLL and Tyler Bennet of Bennet Realty.

3100 Bergenline Avenue is conveniently located in a retail corridor near Highway 495. Prior to Rite Aid’s occupancy, the building was a former Hudson Trust Company Bank, which reflects the current building’s dramatic architecture and interior character.
