Hoboken Councilwoman Wants Extended PATH Service

If you hate standing on the PATH train on the weekends when you go into the city, don't fret. Councilwoman Beth Mason wants to bring an old plan to increase PATH service on the weekends back to life. 

Mason raised this issue during the first councilmeeting of the year. She had no concrete plans yet, and had not spoken with authorities about it. 

"I think it's desperately needed," Mason said. "I really want to move this forward."

The idea was first mentioned in 2008 by Councilwoman Theresa Castellano, but was never put into place.
