Hoboken Hospital Authority to Meet; No Sale Anticipated Yet
Chairwoman Toni Tomarazzo said the authority will go straight into a closed session on Thursday night.
The will likely not be finalized this week, Toni Tomarazzo said on Thursday afternoon. The Hospital Authority was scheduled to meet on Thursday night, but most of the meeting would be closed to the public, Tomarazzo said.
"I just can't imagine us voting on the contract tonight," Tomarazzo said on Thursday afternoon. But, she added, public meetings are scheduled for April 6 and April 11.
The authority received a new draft of the contract from HUMC Holdco LLC——on Thursday, Tomarazzo said.

When asked what's being discussed, Tomarazzo answered, "just typical contract negotiations."
