Hoboken Under Severe Thunderstorm Watch: See When; Track Hurricane Beryl With Link
A severe thunderstorm watch was issued for Hoboken with downpour predicted, and a Category 4 hurricane formed in the Caribbean. See links.
HOBOKEN, NJ — A severe thunderstorm watch was issued for Hoboken and Hudson County from 11:10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, with an inch of rain expected to fall.
A heavy downpour is most likely around 3 p.m., forecasters say.
Meanwhile, for those traveling, Hurricane Beryl has formed in the Caribbean and has reached dangerous Category 4. It's not expected to move toward New Jersey, but is expected to move west through the Windward Islands, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands. Track the storm here.
