Hoboken Man Arrested After Allegedly Threatening, Assaulting Cop

The incident occurred early Sunday, police said.

Police arrested a 25-year-old Hoboken man and charged him with terroristic threats on police as well as assaulting a cop, police said.

The incident occured on Sunday around 3 a.m. at 300 Monroe St., according to police reports.

Police said that Deeon Walker was allegedly screaming and yelling as well as using foul language.

As police told Walker to quiet down, he allegedly started using foul language against the cops, according to the reports, calling the cops "ants" and allegedly saying "take of your f*cking badge, b*tch," as well as other profanities.

As Walker proceeded to walk west, an officer followed him. He purposefully shoved an officer with his shoulder, police said.

Walker was "immediately" placed under arrest, according to the police report.

When arrested, Walker turned out to have a Hoboken Housing Authority key in his pocket. Walker isn't a HHA resident, but said the key belonged to a family member, according to police.

As he was placed under arrest, Walker told the officers he'd make the life of the officer "very difficult," according to the report.
