Photos Of 'Person Of Interest' Released In Hudson County Sex Assault: Prosecutors
Hudson County prosecutors say they are seeking a "person of interest" in a recent sexual assault, and provided 2 photos.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office has released photos of someone they say they want to question in connection with a sexual assault late last month.
They say a 40-year-old woman reported that when she was in West New York around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, she "encountered an unknown male sometime around 1:30 a.m. in the area of Hudson Avenue and 51st Street. The female reported the male later grabbed her by her hair and then sexually assaulted her. During the investigation, images were obtained identifying a person of interest."
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit said they are seeking the public's help to find and question the man.

The assault took place in the area of Hudson Avenue and 51st Street, they say. The area is six blocks west of the Hudson River waterfront.
Prosecutors said, "At the time of the assault, the male is described as having worn a light color shirt with the word 'Originals' on the front and back, dark jeans, and black and white sneakers. Photos of the person of interest are attached.

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the West New York Police Department are investigating.
