Hoboken firefighters were assembled in front of 357 First St. around noon today, because they didn't know what was causing steam to come out of a pothole.
The incident didn't seem to be too serious ("I'd be in that pothole if it would be," one firefighter said) and the firemen were waiting for the people from PSEG to show up.
In the meantime they blocked off the parking spot in front of the smokey pothole.
