A Fairview man was charged with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest and eluding a police officer after allegedly getting belligerent when police ticketed him for public urination, according to the Jersey Journal.

A Fairview man who was ticketed for public urination Saturday allegedly threatened to kill a Hoboken cop and had to be strapped down with restraints after being taken to the hospital, the Jersey Journal reported.
Alex Tamayo-Segura, 25, was allegedly taking a leak between parked cars near Newark and River streets just after midnight Saturday when police spotted him and told him to pull up his pants, according to the news site.
