Possible Gunfire In Hoboken Under Investigation: Police

HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken police were investigating reports of possible shots fired Sunday in the area of Maxwell Place Park, authorities said. [UPDATED: See an update on this story here.]

The potential gunfire occurred around 1 a.m. near 11th Street and Maxwell Lane, according to police, who said a shell casing was found in the area. No injuries were reported, police said.
