Sinatra Park Cafe Will Not Become Tech Hub
A proposal to turn the available into a tech incubator failed on first reading on Wednesday night.

A permanent law to do that failed on first reading, which means that it has to go back to the drawing board and won't be heard for second reading at the next city council meeting.

Councilwoman Theresa Castellano previously said she prefers the space to be utilized as a cafe or concession stand.
