Teens Will Get Chance To Learn To Swim Thanks To Hoboken Schools
The Hoboken schools will start swim lessons for teens in town who need them.
HOBOKEN, NJ — The Hoboken Public School District is offering teen swim opportunities at Hoboken High School this summer for all residents of Hoboken at no cost.
"The district’s goal is to ensure that all students learn to swim and feel confident in the water," they said.
Weekly hour-long swim lessons and sessions will be offered at the Hoboken High School pool for various age groups, starting next week. Click the link to find out times and days.

Students don't need to register in advance, as of now.
The district said, "Safety is our priority. Students must bring a school ID and sign in upon entry into the school. The pool will be staffed with Red Cross Certified Lifeguards. Public Swim capacity is dependent on the number of lifeguard staff available to ensure proper safety ratios are maintained. All swimmers are asked to bring personal towels and swim shoes. Proper swim attire must be worn in and around the pool."
