VIDEO: How to Use Patch to Promote Anything

Want to promote an event or make an announcement on Patch? There's no need to go through me. You can do it yourself.

It's easy to promote your events on our calendar and share your press releases and other announcements with your neighbors. 

Watch the brief videos attached to this article or follow these simple steps. 

• Scroll to the very bottom of this screen.
• See on the bottom right: CONTRIBUTE
• Click "Announce Something to Everyone" or "Put an event on the calendar"
• Sign in If you don't already have a log-in, you can use your Facebook profile.
• Fill out the information fields (the ones with a star are required, sorry!)
• Add a photo to your announcement, so it looks nice on our home page. 
• One note: Please keep your postings to true local organizations. If its not "local" enough, we will politely let you know.
