Wednesday in Hoboken: Maxwell's Closes, Vision 20/20 Public Forum
A quick hit reminder of what's going on in the city today.

*After a 35-year run, Hoboken rock music landmark Maxwell's closes its doors Wednesday night with a final show featuring Glenn Morrow's Individuals, the Bongos and 'a', the first act ever to perform in the venue's back room. A block party will be held outside the Washington Street club starting at 4 p.m., according to its website.
*The first of Hoboken Housing Authority executive director Carmelo Garcia's public forums on the controversial Vision 20/20 public housing redevelopment plan will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. at 411 Marshall Dr. The entire community is invited to attend.
*A free outdoor screening of "Life of Pi" is being offered Wednesday night at Pier A Park, located on 1st Street and Sinatra Drive, as part of the city's weekly Movies Under the Stars series. The show begins at 9 p.m. For the best seating, come early and bring a blanket or low-back chair. You may bring food, but alcohol consumption is not permitted and subject to a fine.
*Prix fixe lunch and dinner deals are available at 22 participating Hoboken restaurants as part of Hudson Restaurant Week.
