Wee Babe Welcomes New Hoboken Location to the Family
Williamsburg-based Wee Babe, a one-stop shop for babies and toddlers, has opened a new location at 415 Washington Street and celebrated its grand opening Friday.

A thriving Brooklyn-based specialty store that bills itself as a one-stop shop for gear, gadgets and getup for babies and toddlers has expanded into Hoboken.
Wee Babe, the creation of entrepreneurial moms Beau Kuhn and Selina Aquino, held its grand opening Friday at its new 800-square-foot Washington Street storefront.
“Our vision for Williamsburg was working and we were making so many deliveries to Hoboken when we came across an ideal location,” said Kuhn, a Hoboken resident and mother of three. “Besides that fact that this city is my home, Hoboken is a small geographical area with lots of families. And it’s a walking city, which is perfect for our products.”

The success of Wee Babe's Williamsburg location, which opened last year, convinced the pair to expand into Hoboken.
“Part of the reason our concept is working is because we look at our staff as educators, not sales people,” said Aquino, also a mother of three, and the former manager of Bambi Baby. “Our product selection is based on our personal experiences, customer feedback and lots and lots of research and product testing. We strive to have the newest, best products and provide very personalized customer service.”
