$248K-Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Monmouth County
Check your tickets! One Jersey Cash 5 player got lucky and hit the jackpot in Tuesday's drawing, NJ Lottery officials said.
HAZLET, NJ — Check your tickets! One lucky player hit the jackpot with a $248,541-winning Jersey Cash 5 ticket sold in Hazlet, NJ Lottery officials said.
The ticket was sold at the Hazlet Exxon located at 3328 Route 35 South and pulled in Tuesday's drawing.
The ticket matched the winning numbers of 02, 09, 14, 20 and 33. The Xtra was 02 and the Bullseye was 20.

Though the new year only recently arrived, officials said there have already been four Jersey Cash 5 jackpot wins.
With this win in Monmouth County, officials said there have now been at least one jackpot winner in all of New Jersey's regions: South Jersey (Burlington County), North Jersey (Essex and Hudson Counties) and Central Jersey (Monmouth County).

In 2024, there were 76 total Jersey Cash 5 jackpot wins, with seven of those wins happening in January, officials said.
