Bayonet Cell Tower Public Hearing Postponed

Public hearing

The public hearing for the Bayonet Farm Cell Tower has been postponed in Holmdel, to a date which will be determined later.

Recently the Zoning Board decided the application warranted a use variance, however Verizon Wireless has appealed that decision.

If a use-variance is required, it will include a variance to build 135 feet from property liens rather than the required 280 feet, and 394 feet from residences rather than the required 1,000 feet.
