Name the top issues currently facing your town and how you plan to address them:

  • Our town has issues with flooding due to the many creeks we have in town. We have conducted evaluations and are in the process of formulating a plan to begin dredging these creeks. We are also seeking assistance from the county and state with this issue.
  • Our town is in need of upgrading our parks throughout town. An initiative has begun as we get ready to give 8th Street Park a long overdue facelift. We will then evaluate which park will go next.
  • Our municipal buildings (police, town hall, etc.) are in need of a tech upgrade in regards to infrastructure. We will be evaluating the extent needed and then begin the process.

Identify one or more specific goals or ideas you have to enhance life in your town:

My number one goal is to enhance the life experience in our town and by that I mean to give the people more to do and enjoy Hazlet more without burdening with more taxes. I want to reach out to seniors and give them more services and social events.

What in your experience or background prepares you for election to office:

I have decades of experiencing serving. Whether it be HYAL (Hazlet Youth Athletic League) or my church, I take great joy in being able to come alongside others and help. There is no greater feeling than impacting people in a personal way.
