HAZLET, NJ — The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be conducting a checkpoint this Friday, Oct. 6, from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., in Hazlet. The checkpoint will be on Route 36, at the At Home Recreation, 370 Route 36.As with all other checkpoints, local officers will be working alongside Monmouth County Task Force members to determine the sobriety of those drivers entering the checkpoint, said Task Force Coordinator Chief Michael Schneider, Allenhurst.
