Laurel Avenue To Close Near Railroad Bridge For Repairs: Police

HOLMDEL, NJ - Commuters, be warned: Laurel Avenue is slated to close next week for water main repairs, authorities said.

Laurel Avenue will be closed near the railroad bridge from 9 a.m. through around 2 p.m. on Nov. 30, Holmdel police said in a statement.

Repairs are set to be made to the pavement near the railroad bridge due to a recent water main break, police said.

Laurel Avenue will be closed to all through traffic, police added.

Motorists will be asked to follow the detour that will be in place.
