Man Arrested After Stealing Copper Wire Worth $5K: Holmdel Police
Michael Castinira, 29, from Browns Mills was charged with shoplifting, according to the Holmdel Township Police Department.

HOLMDEL, NJ — A man was arrested after shoplifting $5,098 worth of copper wire from a Lowes store, at around 1 p.m. on Monday, according to the Holmdel Township Police Department.
Michael Castinira, 29, from Browns Mills was charged with shoplifting and other related offenses and taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
Store security told police a suspect had fled the store in a black BMW and shoplifted several spools of copper wire.

Upon investigating, an officer found the driver of the car, Castinira, had stolen 22 spools. The officer also found Castinira was using various fictitious license plates by attaching them with velcro tape.
