Assistant Manager, Holmdel Swim Club

The Holmdel Swim Club is looking for assistant managers for the 2013 season who have previous pool management experience and CPO certification.

Manufacturing Operator Trainee 

The operator will be responsible for chemical blending in the compounding department including manual dispensing of all fragrance chemicals and combining with automatically dispensed materials. He or she will also package and filter finished goods utilizing manual and automated filling equipment.

Regional Compensation Specialist

The regional compensation analyst is responsible for the analysis and administration of the company's various compensation plans for the Americas; ensuring internal and external equity of all compensation programs including base salary, incentive compensation; managing all salary survey input and analysis; conducting job evaluations and recommending salary grades and salaries; counseling HR Business Partners and managers; and participating in the development and delivery of compensation-related training material and training programs to educate HRBPs, managers and employees on compensation philosophy and practices, including for annual compensation cycles.

Outside Sales Representative, The Home Depot

Outside sales reprentatives use their sales skills to generate leads, conduct in-home sales presentations and help customers improve their home. Wages are commission-based.

Patient Observer, Bayshore Community Hospital

A patient observer is responsible for providing a safe environment for patients who are on one-to-one supervision for safety or suicide precautions. In the event that there is not a one-to-one supervision case on a scheduled day, the patient observer will be assigned to do transport of patients or assigned to assist with positioning patients.

Pet Nutrition Specialist, PetSmart

The pet nutrition specialist is responsible for completing in-store pet food and non-food customer interactions with shoppers and their pets. He or she must acquire and maintain a high level of knowledge of products represented in the store as well as intercept consumers and educate, advise, and sell pet products in a professional manner.
