Registration Open For Town-Wide Garage Sale In Hazlet

HAZLET, NJ — For those looking to clean out some items in their home, you can now register for Hazlet’s Town-Wide Garage Sale.

The sale will take place on Saturday, April 5, and any resident can sign up to participate, with no fee required, officials said.

To be listed in the sale, you can fill out this form and indicate your address and any items you wish to highlight.

Two days before the sale begins, an interactive Google Map of addresses will be posted to the Hazlet Township website, officials said, along with any other official information about the sale.

“We love our Town-Wide Sale because it brings our community together, and both sellers and buyers profit from the exchange,” Township officials said. “Sale day also helps us toward our goal to promote reuse and recycling and keep valuable items out of landfills.”

For those with leftover items who are still looking to sell, you can view this list of local nonprofit organizations that may accept donations.

In case of bad weather, officials said the rain date for the sale is Sunday, April 6.
