A 35-year-old Toms River man has been indicted and charged with sexually assaulting two children in Keansburg.
Nicholas Goldman of Washington Street was charged this past week with two counts each of sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and lewdness, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

On Sept. 10, 2013, Goldman allegedly committed a sexual act upon two children younger than 13, identified as “N.J,” and “K.M.”
Goldman also is accused of exposing himself for “the purpose of arousing or gratifying his sexual desire” at the two children’s expense.

He engaging in sexual conduct that “would impair or debauch the morals of a child,” according to the indictment.
